We offer complimentary ground shipping via UPS on all orders of $150 or more. UPS ground shipping is $10 for all orders under $150.

For a flat rate of $25, we can also deliver your order to your Hamptons doorstep (or that of your gift recipient). This service is offered on Fridays, for all orders placed before 12 noon Eastern on the Thursday before. From Westhampton to Montauk, we are so happy to offer this service to our local customers. Please note: we sadly cannot make it to Shelter Island at this time. At checkout, please indicate any specific instructions for where you'd like the delivery to go at your home, if needed.

We also offer free return shipping via the USPS.

Orders will be shipped within 3 business days. Any questions regarding shipping can be directed to hi@shoplivete.com.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at hi@shoplivete.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
